Welcome to ElectronThemes (www.electronthemes.com). We provide website themes and services to you. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and services. All products are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. By purchasing or using one of our themes or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions described below.
General terms of the license
- ElectronThemes owns all the intellectual property rights for all themes.
- You need to purchase a separate theme or license for each website/domain
- You are not allowed to share or distribute the license, or the theme files.
- You can’t transfer the theme or license to any other person.
- You can’t resell any original or modified file.
Theme Updates
- You will receive lifetime updates, with bug fixes, improvements, features, and compatibility changes according to the new technologies (Ghost or WordPress, or HTML template).
- The addition of improvements or features will be at the discretion of the team, and we won't share when future releases will be available.
- Each version will come with a detailed changelog that lists the improvements.
Modifications
You are allowed to modify any of our products according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check the documentation page or ask us if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.
Theme Support
We provide detailed documentation for every theme as part of our support service for purchasers.
The documentation covers:
- Theme installation
- Theme Settings
- Theme customization
- Theme changelogs and more
What’s Not Included in Theme Support:
- Theme customization or enhancement beyond the advertised features.
- Support does not include manual installation of theme updates
- Support does not include services to set up the Ghost CMS or fix server issues. In case you encounter any Ghost issues, please contact the Ghost team at support@ghost.org or ask on the Ghost Forum.
The online documentation covers most topics needed to set up and use the themes. In case of questions don't hesitate to contact us.
Use of our Services
Payments are handled by FastSpring. We do not store or collect your payment card details. FastSpring Terms
Refunds Process
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you are unhappy for any reason. You are not eligible for a refund after 14 days of the purchase date.
- You will receive an email confirming the refund and should receive the funds within 5-7 business days
- You will no longer be able to download this product or receive updates.
