What is included with the support?

We included a support service that covers general questions about theme functionality and helps with feature configuration and removing theme bugs or issues. All the customization work is not included inside after sales theme support

Do you provide theme customization work for me?

Yes, we provide theme customization service. This is paid service for your websites. You can check our services to find our latest works with clients.

Do your themes come with updates and bug fixes?

Yes, our all themes will come with the latest updates and trendy design features, and if we find any bug, please let us know here. We fix it very quickly.

What do free updates mean?

You will get life-time free updates for any theme bug fixing, improvements, new features, and compatibility upgrades for the Ghost CMS. When we upload new version update of the theme file, you can see new version in your dashboard and you can easily download without paying extra cost

How do I know when a new update is available?

When an update goes live, you'll receive an email immediately. The email contains a download link to the latest version. Alternatively, you can see the new version number in product details page and in your dashboard also.

How long do I have access to theme updates and support?

If you are purchasing any theme from the ElectronThemes website then you will get lifetime updates and support from us. We have a dedicated development team to support and update our themes.

How do I purchase a theme from your website?

To purchase a theme, you should browse our theme marketplace page and choose the one you want to buy. Then, click on the "Buy Now" button and pay the theme price through FastSpring's secured payment gateway. After your payment, you will receive two emails from ElectronThemes.

One email will be a confirmation email with your login details to access your dashboard on ElectronThemes
The other email will be an invoice for future needs. Once you successfully log in to your dashboard, you can download your theme file.

What payment methods do you accept?

Electron Themes uses FastSpring services to get paid for selling all products. The ElectronThemes accepts credit or debit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and wire transfers via Fastspring Secure Payment Gateway for payments.

What is your refund policy?

Basically, we don’t offer any discounts or promotions for selling our themes. We sell our theme at a regular price through our website. When we run a special discount offer on any occasion, you will get the special offer then.

Theme customization is not included with your purchase, but we may be able to help as part of our separate customization service.

No, this is prohibited to use multiple websites with a regular license. One license is eligible for one website.

Can I request a custom theme or modifications to an existing theme?

Yes, you can do it but you need to pay us for your custom modifications on your existing theme. We will work on the demand that you want to customize or modify your theme.
